Salmon & Abalone Yee Sang – Can’t miss this dish for CNY
A very densed flavor soup which consist of chicken, sharkfin, dried scallop, pork rib & some herbals. I had 2 bowls of it~~
Fresh but the flesh tasted a bit “old” perhaps due to longer steaming time?
Steam Salted Chicken with Ginger & Garlic
The salted chicken was tender but the gravy is a bit too salty.
Braised Sea Cucumber with Mushroom & Abalone Slices
Hmm…. I like sea cucumber, my collagen supplement ^.^
Waxed Meat Rice
A very huge portion of rice in giant claypot :p Laden with yam cubes, waxed meat, waxed sausage, waxed liver sausage & waxed duck.
Waiter was stirring the rice for us~~
The rice is tasty but we did not finish it (almost half of it left) as we were really full
Desserts: White Fungus Tong Sui & Jelly with Red Bean & Green Bean Paste Filling.
