>Pho Hoa

>Vietnamese food always a healthy choice of food in my opinion because they always made up from variety of vegetables.

Pho Hoa ~ The largest Vietnamese restaurant chain in North America (not Vietnam?) with locations in almost every city where Asians densely populate. We were welcome graciously with murals of typical life of Vietnamese & colourful lanterns hanging down the walls at this outlet at Tropicana City Mall .

The menu is pretty comprehensive consists of Pho Hoa Noodles, Appetizer, Rice Plate, Vermicelli Bowls & Special Items.

Three Colour Drink (RM 5.50)
Resembled our cendol ice with read bean, green bean & some jelly~~

Sugar Cane Prawns (RM 7.95)
This totally win my heart!!! The minced shrimp paste was redolent with herbs and coupled with a hint of sweetness.

Vermicelli served with Vegetables & Grilled Chicken (RM 12.95)
Variety of julienned vegetables (sound very healthy right?), crushed peanuts & vermicelli served with bowl of tangy and slightly sweet sauce. Pour the sauce provided and mix it!!

Pho with Steak & Brisket (RM 13.95)
The Pho noodle is made from rice flour & imported from Vietnam. Every bowl of Pho accompanied with fresh coriander leaves, bean sprouts, hot peppers and lemon wedges. (Sound healthy again right?) The steak & brisket were soft & tender while the broth was flavorful & burst with beefy taste. But I wish there is more steak & brisket in my bowl of Pho :P

Pho Hoa definitely a place to have decent Vietnamese food & I don’t mind going back for more delicious Vietnamese cuisines since the latest outlet at Desa Park City is near my house :-)
