Initially we wanted to have lunch at Meng Kee Char Siu @ Glenmarie, Shah Alam ~ one of the best char siu restaurant in town but they are closed on Sunday.
So we figured that we gonna have lunch elsewhere until I spotted a bright yellow signboard at last row of shoplot of that industrial area – Pao Xiang String Tied Bak Kut Teh!
We didn’t order their signature string tied meat because it’s too fat for our liking. Ribs with leaner meat was our choice with decent amount of meat attached which was very tender. The soup with rich taste redolent with herbs has gelatinous texture maybe perhaps due to long boiling period?
