Lan Jie Steamed Fish

Each person have the whole fish by themselves here, this is the way they serve their steamed fish to the customer. (Of course you can share, don’t worry no one will kick you out of the restaurant :P )

Lan Jie Steamed Fish, origin from Rawang came out with this novelty way to serve steamed fish,  一人一鱼 (Literally means ” One Fish Per Person”). This idea was brought up because the widespread fear of  Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), according to Lan Jie, the maestro of this concept.

RM 14.00 onwards according to size

Only Tilapia fish was served here and there is only 1 cooking style for it but one can choose the level of spiciness – non-spicy, mild or extra spicy. Basically the spiciness is controlled by the amount of bird’s eys chili used >.<

Topped with bean paste sauce, diced garlic, shredded ginger, chili padi and drenched in soy sauce. The fish was perfectly steamed resulting the smooth and flaky flesh, accompanied with the bursting flavors contributed by the various condiments, yummy~

Sweet & Sour Chicken (RM 7.00 onwards)

I still prefer my ku lou yuk with pork :P (Lan Jie Steamed Fish is a pork-free restaurant)

Vegetable (RM 6.00 onwards)

Minced Meat Tofu (RM 7.00 onwards)

A merely generic dish.
