Aneka Citarasa 7 Periuk ~ Seven of hotel’s chef have come together to create the ultimate buffet spread. Among them are Chef Steven Ramasamy (Sarawak Style Cuisine), Chef Walter Marsch (Western Cuisine), Chef Christibelle Sauvage (Nyonya Cuisine), Chef Hussian Bavutty (Malay Cuisine), Chef Kam Chan Siong (Chinese Cuisine), Chef Filippo Giunta (Italian Cuisine) and Chef Minami (Japanese Cuisine)

 

Orange-y walls, red table cloths and rattan chairs have created a rustic feeling of Malaysian homes.

 

Some traditional ornaments adorning the restaurant like Labu Sayong and farmer’s hat (sorry I don’t know the exact name of this hat >.<) .

 

Dates – your ideal appetizer when breaking fast because sugar contained in the dates helps the body to replenish itself after a long day fasting.

Other than this different stalls have been set up at outdoor featuring variety of cuisine where one can enjoy watching the chef preparing your food lively.

Kick started with assorted kerabu and salads like kerabu kaki ayam, kerabu udang, kerabu daging and potato salad.

 

Tantalizing spread of  Ikan Masin Goreng or Fried Crispy Salted Fish and sambal which goes so well with rice.

Chicken & Beef Satay were good too especially the beef which is soft and tender.

 

Made to order pasta was equally good too, i personally prefer the creamy white sauce, savory and not too cloying.
