Chilled Jelly Fish
Julienned jelly fish and cucumber drenched in creamy and savory sauce.
Refreshing and juicy cucumber made a perfect palate-opener for the remainder dishes that I was about to indulge in.
Poached Chicken in Spicy Sauce
I love my poached chicken pipping hot but surprisingly this chilled version manage to capture my heart! The tender smooth poached chicken doused in appetizing spicy sauce then topped with crushed peanut definitely a crowd pleaser as we polished it off in jiffy had another order
Xiao Long Bao
How can we miss out this renowned dish of Dragon-i? Translucent dumpling skin encasing the warm savory broth moistening the patty of minced pork within, oh boy…just simply out of the world delicious stuff!
Sauteed Dice Chicken with Dried Chilies
The boneless chicken cut into bite size then fried with pungent dried chilies and spices was pretty addictive. It have strong flavors and aroma that we Malaysian taste buds are fond of.
Tong Po Rou with Mantao
Pork belly was braised till soft with wobbly layers of fat which literally melt-in-your mouth and the lean meat layer provided a good bite and good balance of texture. The savory sauce also well infused into the meat and compelled you to mop it up with the mantao served along.
Fried La Mien
The la mien will never cease to please me as the springy texture was really delightful to savor and every strand was well braised in dark aromatic and flavorful soy sauce.
Of course we ended our meal with the delectable Dragon-i mooncakes. Burps…..
