Amelio Patisserie & Cafe @ Desa Parkcity

Read my previous breakfast post HERE or the whole series HERE

After a morning walk at Desa Parkcity one fine Sunday we had our breakfast at Amelio Patisserie & Cafe located at 1st floor of The Waterfront.

The inviting facade.

Al-fresco terrace overlooking the playground surrounded by lush greenery.

Amelio is a European style bakery cum cafe offer freshly made breads and pastries.

Fancy watching staff rolling the dough? Work station right at the dining area where the smell of the freshly made loaves fill the air.

Iced Lemon Juice (RM 7.90+)

Hot Americano (come with set)

We also had warm water which they charged RM 0.80+ per glass. >.<

Big Breakfast (RM 18.90+)

Consisted of scrambled egg (or sunny side up), 1 1/2 pork sausages, grilled mushroom and tomato, toasted ciabatta and chicken ham. Portion was not really BIG after all, at least for me :P

The scrambled egg was slightly overcooked and a tad too bland to my liking.

Mushroom Omelet (RM 17.90+)

Served along with the omelet were toasts and berry jam.

Taste wise, the mushroom omelet was fluffy but could be better if more sliced mushrooms added and less oily =.=”

Verdict: My breakfast experience here was barely satisfied but I will come back to explore more of their menu as I saw the bunting of pizza and baked egg look pretty enticing.
