I Cook: Salmon & Corn

One of my favourite dish for my diet dinner, simple and delicious!

Salmon fillet

Corn kernels

1  tbsp butter

1  tbsp oil

salt & pepper for seasoning

Step 1: Marinated the salmon fillet with salt & pepper.

Step 2: Cook a pot of water then broil the corn kernels, set aside.

Step 3: Preheat oven, place aluminum foil on the baking tray and brush some oil on it then put the salmon fillet on it. Bake for (You can also put the fillet directly on the baking tray but put on aluminum foil make the cleaning easier :P)

Step 4: Bake until salmon is cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes.

Step 5: Take out the salmon, deboned anything then break the fillet into small pieces.

Step 6: Heat the frying pan with butter, pour in salmon & corn kernels (step 2), stir fry for a while and add seasonings. Done!

A very versatile dish which can be eat alone, serve with rice or even wrap with romaine lettuce (or any leafy vegetables).
