Sunday BBQ Brunch Buffet @ Las Vacas
What’s better than spend your Sunday morning indulge on buffet brunch with unlimited servings of freshly barbecued Australian steaks and New Zealand lamb? Las Vacas at Mont Kiara and Yap Kwan Seng is bringing an Eat-All You-Can Sunday Brunch to you from 11.00am to 3.00am.
Some serious grilling actions at outdoor, the enticing smoky aroma hit me almost instantly! Please don’t hesitate to request for your desired done-ness for your meat!
Las Vacas’s signature grilled Australian beef, look at the charr-marks, made me drooling while taking photo….
Grilled to perfection with beautiful pinkish centre, the beef was achingly tender with a delicious flavor.
Grilled New Zealand Lamb
The grilled lamb was screaming for attention too, equally tender with the marinade and the meat’s original flavor complement each other so well. Both grilled meats were good on its own and barely need any sauce to enjoy its full potential.
Of course there were other selections on grilled item too such as:-
Grilled Chicken Wings
Chicken and beef sausages, I prefer the former as it had a firmer texture 🙂
Kid’s cutlery for the little one, always appreciate when the restaurant provide this as it will put a smile on children’s face even before they start eating. However this still not enough to make those little monster stay at dining table for hours 🙁 Fret not parents, look what’s Las Vacas has prepared!
A very wonderful playground for the kids equipped with lots of balloons, toys and cartoon programmes!
Sam was well entertained at the kid’s corner and the parents enjoyed their Sunday brunch “peacefully” and also as long as they want, hehe 😛
The kitchen team also prepared a plethora of traditional and contemporary sides to go with the grilled items, let’s see what they have!
Assorted antipasti
Salads
Bread with jams & butter
Cereals and milk
Mini burgers
Poached eggs
Scrambled egg
Mini omelet and grilled cherry tomatoes
Frittata
Chawanmushi
Hash brown
Fettuccine Pesto and Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce at the background, the spaghetti was fine but the fettuccine was a tad too dry.
Sautéed Mushrooms
This was good too, tasty with pleasant earthy flavors.
My first round ala American breakfast style 😛
Second round of some serious stuffs and time to release the carnivore in me, more meats please! LOL
Dessert choices were quite limited though, with only cupcakes, sliced cakes, Tiramisu, yogurt and fresh cut fruits.
Enjoyed listening to the live jazz performance while tucking in, I was totally mesmerized by the alluring voice of the singer.
