It contains moisturizing water-based cleansing ingredients (upper layer) and emollient (oil) cleansing ingredients (bottom layer) to remove waterproof eye makeup.

Pour the Bifesta Eye Makeup Remover on cotton pad.
Place on the your eye and press gently for a few seconds especially on the mascara.
Eye makeup has been removed after 2 wipes, included the waterproof mascara.
Clean and it didn’t irritating my eyes or blur my vision. It also didn’t leave the greasy or oily feel on my skin.
Verdict: Very affordable yet effectively remove all the waterproof eye makeups. Definitely will purchase the full size product after finish this trial size bottle.
This make up removal looks quite good,should give a try next time. Recently I’ve tried the Hada Labo make up removal,quite effective too!
