Children’s Day with AirAsia @ KidZania Kuala Lumpur

Thank you the invitation from AirAsia, I’ve join the International Children’s Day celebration held at Kidzania Kuala Lumpur with a special programme for children to experience and shine like an Allstar, a name given to AirAsia staff.

As part of the celebration, AirAsia and Kidzania hosted children with a fun-filled day of learning activities. The event was started with welcome speech by Mayor of KidZania Kuala Lumpur, Mr. Shahrul Nizar Ahmad then followed by speech by Mr. Spencer Lee, Head of Commercial for AirAsia.

Mr. Shahrul Nizar Ahmad said, “We are delighted to be involved in this initiative to celebrate children, the core reason of our existence. At KidZania Kuala Lumpur, we always look forward to meaningful collaboration that inculcates great values and enriches the experience for kids. We do hope to see more collaboration that would contribute to educate our future generation such as this initiative with more forward thinking partner like AirAsia Berhad.”

Mr. Spencer Lee said, “We are truly privileged to be a part of this event to celebrate children and I would like to thank our partner, KidZania Kuala Lumpur for making this special occasion possible on International Children’s Day. It is most gratifying for us at AirAsia to see smiles light up on the children’s faces as they look forward to becoming our very own little Allstars. This is also an opportunity for us to take time off from our busy schedules to ensure that our children can grow up in a safe, innovative and enriching environment, such as what KidZania offers.”

  • How I wish that I am a kid again to be able to explore the different professions at Kidzania. Maybe I would become a fireman or banker today.

My wife and I really enjoyed the new menu on board Air Asia now. I get to choose what I wanna eat, exactly.

  • Sounds like a kids enjoyed themselves and spent some worthwhile time here! 😉
