Food Delivery Review: dahmakan

Thank you for the water disruption last week, I had my first order of dahmakan food delivery after reading reviews from my fellow blogger friends KrisPH.

The apps is rather user friendly and ordering process was quite a breeze. My order came within 30 minutes and I met the sender at my apartment lobby for the food collection.

Roast Chicken Chop Ratatouille (RM21.99) + add on Mixed Berries Yoghurt Drink (RM3.99)

Spaghetti Chicken Bolognese (RM11.99)

Delivery charges (RM2.99)

Spaghetti Chicken Bolognese – Decent portion and flavour, tangy and appetizing. The sauce came with generous amount of minced chicken and I would have appreciated a bit saucy. The pasta was undercooked though, definitely harder that the al-dente texture that I was expecting.

Roast Chicken Chop Ratatouille

Although the roasted chicken thigh was weirdly topped with fried onion, but it was well executed with flavourful marinade and succulent meat. The ratatouille was a medley of  vegetables such as zucchini, tomato, onion, and capsicum braised in vibrant fresh tomato sauce. The ratatouille undeniable the best companion to eat together with the roasted chicken thigh, so robust and full of flavours. However, it was a bit salty when finished the whole portion. There was corn-on-the-cob in the dish too.

Verdict: I was pretty impressed with the Roast Chicken Chop Ratatouille and my sis also had good comment on their Nasi Kerabu. Re-order? Definitely YES!
