>Funky Villa ~ Authentic Thai Cuisine & Wine Bar
>If you love hot & spicy Thai food but wanna dine in style, you will be at home at this trendy & funkily designed joint ~ Funky Villa at e@Curve! (formerly known as Cineleisure)
This place is not the ordinary Thai restaurant with Buddha statues or carvings, inspired by Koh Phangan’s Full Moon parties, but with a modern city twist. Funky Villa’s designs work well with the venue’s concept of “trendy and unpretentious Thai costal resort ambience”.
Sharp colours murals & different seat sections.
They offer very value for money set lunch daily from 12pm to 3pm (starting from RM 9.90 nett – RM 17.90 nett / set).
The set lunch consists of bottomless beverages, starter & main course.
Roselle Drinks & Thai Milk Tea
Starter: Vegetable Spring Rolls
Mains: Green Curry Chicken & Steam Rice (RM 11.90)
The green curry was mild but quite flavorful with boneless chicken meat, baby brinjals & tomatoes.
Starter: Golden Prawn Pancake
Mains: Tom Yum Seafood Noodle (RM 15.90)
I love the crumbed prawn pancake! Crispy outer with firm texture inner which I can taste the prawn bites! The Tom Yum was mild spicy but sour enough to make me drool at the time I wrote this post 🙂 However, I felt that it would be better if it is spicier 😛
