I cook: Mango Ice Cream
I never thought of I can made ice cream at home! If I can do it, so can you! Imagine enjoy some homemade ice cream while chillax with family watching your favourite TV program~~ damn syiok right? (but #fatdietoo @_@) Dessert always make people HAPPY, don’t you agree?

400ml whipped cream
200 ml condensed milk (adjustable to preferred sweetness)

Step 1: Remove skin and seed of the mango, cut into small pieces.
Step 2: Put the mango pieces and condensed milk into blender/food processor, blend well.

Step 3: In a completely dry & clean bowl, put in the whipped cream and beat the cream until stiff peak form. Make sure beater is completely dry & clean too.

Step 4: For easy blending, fold lightly half of the cream into the mango puree thoroughly , then pour in the balance of the cream and fold until well combined.

Step 5: Chilled the mixture until the ice cream is set (at least 8 – 10 hours)
