LEGOLAND® Malaysia @ Johor
The school holidays is here, let’s go Legoland!
It’s definitely an impromptu trip as a private message from my dear blogger friend Merryn suddenly popped up last month. She asked me to join her family for a weekend getaway to go down south, LEGOLAND® to be precise. After a short discuss with my better half, our Johor trip was ON!
LEGOLAND® Malaysia is Malaysia’s first international theme park that has opened in Nusajaya, Johor, Malaysia on 15 September 2012 with over 40 interactive rides, shows and attractions. It is the first LEGOLAND® theme park in Asia and sixth in the world upon its establishment. Read more about LEGOLAND® Malaysia HERE.
Thank you for her research, we manage to get a great package from Pulai Spring Resort for our Legoland trip. Do check out their attractive packages HERE.

Tips
~ If you are driving, there are ample of parking lots right beside Medini Mall. Parking fee is very reasonable at RM 5.00 / entry.
~ Prepare hat, umbrella, sunscreen lotion, sunnies and lots of drinking water (you can buy at the park also) to fight with the blistering tropical heat.
~ The Miniland is entirely unshaded, you may leave this until the evening when the temperature is cooler. (LEGOLAND® Malaysia is open everyday in 2015 from 10 am until 6 pm. Longer opening hours apply on weekends*, during school and public holidays)
Verdict: Definitely a memorable fun filled trip, Sam enjoyed it so much. Return visit seem like predictable as we did not have enough time to cover all the attractions. However please be reminded that LEGOLAND® Malaysia is a theme parked aimed at children and young kids, so if you’re expecting extremely exciting roller coaster ride, this may not the place for you.

Were you there on a weekday? It looks really quiet. When we were there the last time during the Dec school holidays, it was sheer madness….had to queue (like an hour) for rides! Glad you had a good time 🙂
I was there on Sunday and it was public holiday for Johor + school holiday. The queue is bearable (some rides were no queue at all) Lucky us!
Wow, such a detailed write-up. I did not get to take much photos as I was with Ayden most of the time. Ethan enjoyed himself very much as he had Samantha to accompany him. I think kids have fun better together 😀 Thank you for joining us to Johor 🙂
