Mainland Cheese by Fonterra
In conjunction with New Zealand week in Malaysia held at The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur recently, the launch of Mainland Cheese by Fonterra also held at the event.

After the launching ceremony, the medias and guests were treated to the six choices of the Mainland Cheese.

Six differents types of cheddar from the range including Mainland Vintage, Mainland Tasty, Mainland Tasty Light, Mainland Colby, Mainland Edam and Mainland Gouda.
Vintage Cheddar Block
A rich, full bodied cheddar, aged for 24 months for that extra sharp taste and crumbly texture. Great as snack with bread and on cheese board or garnish for salad or pasta. I love this the most among the six for its intense flavor, very cheesilicious indeed!
Tasty Cheddar Block
Aged for 18 months, this cheddar is sharp and full-flavored with slightly crumbly texture. It’s the cheese for all – snacking or cooking. Use it to make exceptional sandwiches and pizzas.
Tasty Light Cheddar Block
A delectable tasty but light; yet full flavoured cheddar made healthier with 30% less fat. Suitable for vegetarians and has the Heart Foundation Tick. A cheese to indulge on its own and it’s ideal for Asian cuisine.
Colby Block
A soft, smooth and creamy cheese variety witha sweet, mild flavor. It’s a quick & easy melt cheese; producing consistent melt with minimal browning. Melts best when grated A perfect topping to just about anything.
Edam Block
A smooth Dutch-style cheese with a creamy mild taste and is less 25% fat. Mellow, smooth and slightly salty, this is an all-purpose cheese perfect or cooking, snacking or cheese boards. Also pairs well with fruits.
Gouda Block
A creamy textured cheese with a sweet, buttery, mellow flavour. Perfect addition to any cheese board or as dessert cheese. Great snacking; kids love it.
