The pan mee look alike noodles was cook to perfection, not too soft or hard. Before ordering the waiter will ask whether we can take spicy food or not so not surprising when the food came it did taste a bit spicy. Concoction of minced meat, fried lard & chili oil make the mee more flavorsome & appetizing.
This really attract my attention when I saw this in their menu. Again, the waiter ask me same question after I order this but this fried mee was definitely more spicy than the mee pok by just judging from its look.
The springly fish noodle (noodle made from fish paste) & chee cheong fun were fried with sambal and some pickled vege (coi bo菜脯) & garlic, taste really similar to fried carrot cake aka “kueh kak” that we normally have when dim sum or pasar malam. This pungent fried fish noodle surely win my vote.
Definitely a satiated breakfast for me to begin a cheerful Sunday!!!
