Steamboat Dinner @ Chatz Brasserie, Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur

During a cold rainy day, there is nothing better than gathering with a few good friends and feasting over a hot, steaming pot of steamboat!

Other than your usual steamboat restaurants, now you can enjoy a comfortable hotpot meal at Chatz Brasserie, Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur.

 

Available on Sunday to Thursday from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, Steamboat Dinner is priced at RM83nett per person, with a minimum of two diners.

 

Diners are given four choices of soup base – Herbal Chicken, Herbal Chicken with Kei Chi, Tom Yam or Ma La.

 

Indulge in the steamboat with selection of ingredients of red and white meat, seafood, vegetables and mushrooms.

 

Selection of red and white meat including Australian beef tenderloin, New Zealand mutton, Australia beef tripe and free range chicken strips.

 

The seafood offerings comprises fish fillet, Sulu sea prawns, half shell sea scallops, flower crabs, Norwegian Salmon fillet and jelly fish.

 

A variety of greens, mushrooms, beancurd, egg, fish noodles, fish balls, crabsticks completed the steamboat meal.

 

For a more substantial meal, there are glass noodles, Mee Hoon and Emperor Noodles.
