The Re-launch of Kogetsu @ The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur
Kogetsu, a name which is known for quality, great authentic Japanese cuisine recently threw a re-launch cocktail party to reveal spanking new equipments in its signature open kitchen, a glass bar showing the best sakes and shoju and a new sushi counter after being closed for a month.

The ribbon cutting ceremony by Saujana Hotels & Resort General Manager & Vice President of Operation, Mr. Peter J. Hourigan marked the re-open of Kogetsu.

The beautiful painting at waiting area greet the guests upon entering Kogetsu.
The bar featured variety of sakes and shoju.

The main dining area featured the dark wood flooring, furniture and paper lanterns lightings which convey promise of an enjoyable dining experience not to mentioned that the accompanied view of shimmering waters of Saujana lake or the greenery garden.
The brand new sushi counter, I believe sitting in front of the counter watching the chef slicing the sashimi meticulously or preparing your food would be a great experience!

After the ribbon cutting ceremony and some light cocktails and canepes, guests were serenaded by some performance from Japanese Club Kuala Lumpur.
Entertainers playing the Sound of “Koto” (Japanese harp) and “Shakuhachi” (bamboo flute)
Traditional Japanese dance ~ Shuku Ga No Mai (Dance of Celebration) by 2 ladies in pretty traditional Kimono.
Last but no least the last performance of Fisherman’s Dance (Soran Bushi) by a group of women which was full of energetic and lively!
