The Red Beanbag @ Publika
Last episode of my breakfast series, this time we found ourselves at The Red Beanbag, a modern contemporary Australian-inspired café located at PUBLIKA, Solaris Dutamas.
A rustic square communal table placed in the middle of the café. Packed on a Sunday morning but we were lucky to get a last available table at the end of the restaurant.
Comfortable sofa seat with plush pillows.
Al fresco seats overlooking the mall’s breezy, open-air square.
These bean bags with imprinted words like “LOVE”, “PLAY” and “CREATIVE” hanging on the cement wall exude a warmth and rustic charm feel.
Coffee beans as part of the decor too~
Plain Water (FOC)
Long Black (RM 6.00)
Granny’s Garden (RM 7.00)
Flavoured fruit melange with strawberry and rhubarb taste.
RBB’s Specialty Baked Egg (RM 17.90)
Eggs cracked into a baking dish of lamb bratwurst, sundried tomatoes potatoes & cheese, bake to perfection, served with crusty bread
I love how’s the eggs were cooked just right, rich and creamy; mixed well with the cheese & potatoes. While the lamb bratwurst with distinctive flavor was something I fond of~
Classic French Toast (RM 13.90)
Coated in almond, served with seasonal fruits and maple syrup.
A fluffy and flavorful confection, beautifully browned, and specially coated with almond flakes for that crunchy twist. Drizzle over the toast with maple syrup for a sweet beginning of a day!
I feel healthy with the fruit intake 🙂
Sam enjoyed “scattered” the coffee beans on the floor. (PS: She did pick them up when leaving :P)
It’s a beautiful Sunday~
