>Before I able/afford to try the “REAL” luxury wagyu beef, how about have some “warm up” ?
At Twenty Niners (29ers) , a newly open Japanese style steak house, I discovered this.

Wagyu Hamburg (RM 18.00)
The outlook didn’t impress me at all so did the taste too 🙁
The hamburg consisted of minced “wagyu” beef (but I doubt is there any?), carrot, onion & infused with herbs which was too overpowering. The sauce accompanied also taste very salty, perhaps too much use of soy sauce.

Japanese Curry (RM 9.90) + Chicken Katsu (RM 5.00)
This was fare much better but nothing to shout about also. The big slab of crumbed chicken chop drench in Japanese curry, I can prepare this at home easily by using those pre-packed Japanese curry 😛

Above food come in set which consisted of drinks:-

Diluted 100 Plus & Coke =.=”

Soup of the day

& Salad

Interior of the restaurant

I hope I can try on the “REAL” wagyu beef soon ~~
