At Swez Brasserie, eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur, diners are in for a splendid array of local and international cuisines. For the holy month of fasting, dine on a feast of traditional flavours specially prepared by the culinary team at Swez Brasserie.
Themed ‘Warna-Warni Sajian Buffet Ramadan’, the buffet dinner starts from 17th May to 13th June 2018. Set in the spacious coffee house, the buffet dinner offers many dishes as well as live action stations preparing fresh food to order. The ambiance is elegant and spacious, great for small or large parties.
Started with these sweet dates for breaking of fast.
Taking center stage always the Traditional Whole Lamb Stuffed with Briyani Rice. I always love the stuffed rice which was fully absorbed the wonderful flavours from the lamb as well as the spices and herbs.
Equally grabbed the attention of diners was this specially prepared Eastin’s Sup Gear Box Merah with additional tomato puree and secret condiments. I enjoyed the traditional flavors with a twist which rendering a multi-dimensional flavours and more suitable for children.
The usual Kerabu salads, Sambals and Ulam-Ulaman are also available. List of kerabu includes Kerabu Betik Muda, Kerabu Daun Selom, Taugeh Berkelapa Pedas , Kerabu Manga Muda dengan Daun Pudina, Kerabu Suhun dengan Kupang, Kerabu Ayam Bakar dengan Suhun, Kerabu Pucuk Paku and many more.

There is another station featuring Nasi Impit, Lemang, Serunding Daging, Serunding Ayam, Rendang Ayam Kampung as well as this year’s specialties of Ostrich Rendang, well known for its tender meat with minimal fat cooked to perfection is one of chef’s recommendations.
More Malay dishes set on various sections of the buffet are just as tempting with the list of Ayam Goreng Kunyit, Sambal Udang Petai, Burung Puyuh Goreng Cili Padi, Kari Nagka Muda bersama Udang, Ketam Masak Tomyam, Kambing Kurma, Gulai Kawah Daging and Ikan Merah Assam Pedas warrants a helping at the least.
Visit the noodle station for Bakso Soup with Beef Balls, Laksa Johor and Mee Kari Udang Galah.
The Goreng-Goreng station featured Bawal Goreng, Puyuh Goreng and Solo Berlada.
There was also Seafood on Ice where lots of prawns, crab and mussels werechilled on ice, ready for your pick.
Going international, there were a spread of crowd favorites such as sushi, maki rolls, Udang Kara Sambal Au Gratine, Pizza Ala Tandoor and Shawarma King.
Prepares freshly was the enticing Roti Canai and Tosai with pot of piping hot Dhal and various of curries.
Grill station where diners can select their seafood and meat of choice and let the chefs cooked it to your order.

The beverage station was filled with various of colourful drinks.
The fragrant lemongrass and pandan infused young coconut water definitely not to be missed.
Do keep some room to end the evening with Swez Brasserie’s dessert selection of assorted Malay ‘kuihs’, cakes, pastries, fruits, jellies, cookies, coconut puddings, chocolate fountain and ice-cream. You may also get a cup of hot Teh Tarik to end the evening the local way!
