Yen Can Cook: Baked Spicy Chicken Wings
Baked/fried chicken wings always a popular dish when mention about home party. It is easily prepared and there are countless of marinade combination to infuse the chicken wings into different flavors. Sam & I usually like my chicken wings a little bit sweet and savory, so honey is a must. This time I add in Lingham Garlic Chili sauce for an extra kick as well as the fragrant garlicky flavor.
5pcs chicken wings
3 tablespoons Lingham Garlic Chili Sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Step 1: Marinate chicken wing wing 2 tablespoons of Lingham Garlic Chili Sauce & 1 tablespoon oyster sauce overnight (or for at least 2 hours)
Step 2: Line the baking tray & preheat oven 200℃.
Step 3: Arrange chicken wings on baking tray, bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked. Brush with Lingham Garlic Chili Sauce in between the baking period for a spicier finish.
Tips: This recipe also applicable for fried version.
