Yen Can Cook: Fried Meat Balls (Philips AirFryer Version)
Fried meat balls, not only favourite dish of kids but adults like me love it especially when the meat balls are freshly out of the wok! It is a very homey dish which every family has their own recipe with different ingredients adding in. This time I’ll share a pretty basic and simple one, let’s start it!
Ingredients
300g minced pork
1 carrot, finely chopped
3-4 stalks spring onion, chopped
1 egg
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 dashes white pepper
Pinch of salt
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, blend well and stir the mixture until become paste form. The mixture should be sticky.
Step 2: Wet your hands with some water. Scoop up some of the meat ball mixture and shape it into a small meat ball shape.
Step 3: Bring one pot of water to boil, put in the meat balls and cook till half cooked.
Step 4: Remove the meat balls from the water, drain and set aside.
Step 5: Pre-heat air fryer at 180ºC. Lightly brush the grill with cooking oil. Place meat balls and air fry for 10-15 minutes, flip the meat balls for even browning. Alternatively, deep fry the meat balls in heated oil for until golden brown.
Happy Cooking!
I will not feel guilty on eating French fries from the Philips AirFryer as it 80% less fat without compromising on taste. What’s more is that it has a separator,i.e, cooking many things with speed.
You are absolutely correct, no more guilty when eating fried food, hehe ^__*
I love the skin of meatballs. Must try it now!!
我喜欢中国饮食!希望下次你可以给我介绍一些。
