One thing that plague most expanding big food chains was the inconsistency of food served across outlets.

But that’s not the case with one of my favorite Malaysian owned kopitiam aka PappaRich (I always love this nice catchy name). Every visits I’ve been to no matter which outlets has been up to mark and satiated my craving for Malaysian delights.

Therefore, when they launched their delivery service, I’m curious if the same quality can be maintained. My hesitation about the quality has been quashed after a chat with the delivery team of Pappa Delivery.

Rather wide delivery coverage area and it seems like the delivery areas have been well-planned with standard timing for food preparatory at outlet to delivery to ensure great hearty Malaysian food enjoyed at the comfort of your home.

 

Menu is well categorized for easy search and filter and all the food is Halal certified.

Proceed to checkout when you done with ordering. Choose your delivery date and time. You may pre-order your food up to 7-days in advance! FYI, minimum order is RM15 and the delivery charges is RM5 per trip. (Free delivery for order RM30 & above)

Food are packaged nicely in plastic container and condiments are packed separated. Food is packed in chiller bag for delivery to maintain the food temperature when arrived the destination.
