Combination of different textures & flavors of the condiments with delectable sweet & sour sauce scented with aromatic truffle oil.

Polo clams was served instead of ordinary salmon slices. Definitely my first time having this!

Everything was ready!

Let’s toss! For more health, wealth & prosperity! Lou Hei! Lou Hei!

Steamed Red Grouper with ‘Medan’ Sauce

Fish dish is a must during this festive season, as we, Chinese like to say “Nian Nian You Yu” means a wish for surpluses and bountiful harvests every year. The fish doused in tangy and slightly spicy sauce was fresh & flaky.

Poached Village Chicken with Pickled Radish and Chilli

It looked simple and unpretentious but the chicken was tender and smooth without the scary bits o fats underneath. The pickled radish and chili provide the extra zing to the chicken and order a bowl of rice to go with the sauce, you will not regret!

Wok Fried Butter Tiger Prawns with Papaya and Milk

Prettily arranged tiger prawns coated with creamy and scrumptious butter sauce with slightly twist of fruity flavor from the papaya.

Stewed Mixed Vegetable in Bean Curd Parcel with Dried Oyster and Sea Moss

What are the treasures beneath the bean curd parcel? A medley of dried oysters, mushrooms fatt choy, carrots, baby corns and lotus seeds in light thick gravy showcased the different textures of the variety of ingredients.

Maestro behind the lovely dishes that night, Executive Chef Michael Chew.
