Ying Fa Restaurant
Before my nightmare began (the super winding road up to Cameron Highlands), we able to enjoy our lunch at one of the recommended dim sum restaurant at Ipoh by Motormouth From Ipoh.

Thanks to the GPS, we managed to reach Ying Fa Restaurant.

A very old school setting, look at those chairs, I have not seen these for ages! Since we reached there about 1pm+ , so we were the only customer there. Although the dim sum didn’t serve to us by cart just like how Motormouth mentioned in his post but all the food served still pipping hot, fresh from the steamer!

Siew Mai
Love the right combination of lean & fat meat, succulent & juicy~

Har Gau
Another dim sum that cannot miss when you are in a dim sum place! Fresh prawns as filling but the skin is bit too thick π

Char Siew Bao
Fluffy skin with savoury BBQ pork filling~

Fried Prawns Rolls
Not oily with but I hope the bean curd skin can be crispier π

Bouncy Fish Balls for Sam.

Steamed Rice Rolls with Minced Pork
I never saw this at dim sum restaurant at Klang Valley, anyone? The steamed rice rolls resemble chee cheong fun but a bit thicker, rolled with filling made from minced pork, coriander & spring onion.
