Mission Curried Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients
250 ml tub cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 tbsp curry powder
½ tsp lemon rind, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Mission Chips in any flavour
Step 1: Mix the ingredients together, adjust the heat of the curry powder to your preference.
I just put small amount of curry powder so that Sam can enjoy the dipping too 🙂
Mission Chicken Satay Dip

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients
3 tbsp cooking oil
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 stalk lemon grass, sliced and pounded finely
3 cloves garlic pounded
200 g minced chicken meat
Salt to taste
1 ½ cups pre-pack kuah kacang satay
Mission Chips in any flavour
Step 1: Heat oil in a wok and then sauté the turmeric powder, pounded lemon grass and garlic until fragrant.
Step 2: Add in the chicken meat and stir-fry the meat until it is just cooked.
Step 3: Season the chicken with salt to taste.
Step 4: Then finally add in the pasembur sauce and cook until the sauce comes to a boil.
Step 5: Serve with the Mission Corn Chips.
I never thought corn tortilla chips go so well with satay dipping! Yummy~

Wow, I love tortilla chips very much. So far did not saw this brand from either Jusco or Tesco.

Yes yum yum! but really fattening especially when watching tv, unconsciously will finish the whole packet!
So must choose wisely lor, Mission chips is less oily 😛
