During our Big Bus Tours on the 2nd day at Hong Kong one of the most anticipated stop point definitely The Peak!

The Peak Tram Historical Gallery at Peak Tram Lower Terminus with some of the display items are more than a hundred years old!

Enjoyed the superb view of the city’s many skyscrapers in One of the world’s oldest funicular railways, the tram rises to 396 metres (about 1,300 feet) above sea level. It is so steep that the buildings you pass look like they are leaning a gradient of between 4 to 27 degrees.

One of the main attraction at The Peak Tower~ Madame Tussauds Hong Kong features over 100 local and international celebrity wax figures.

After the short stroll at The Peak Tower we proceed Madame Tussauds Hong Kong, at this moment we (actually is me lah ~.~) still thinking wanna go in or not because the ticket is quite expensive (HKD 170.00 for adult, HKD 100.00 for kid from 3-11years old). And of course I surrendered after intense persuasion from hubby 😛

After spending like 2-3 hours in the Madame Tussauds Hong Kong, we proceed to the Sky Terrace 428 at the rooftop of The Peak Tower,  428 metres above sea level to be precise.

Being the highest viewing platform in Hong Kong, Sky Terrace 428 offering a stunning 360-degree panoramic view across the Hong Kong.

 How to get there?

1) By foot:- From MTR Central station, make your way to the J2 exit and walk up to the ground level. Turn right, through Chater Garden, cross Queen’s Road Central, and make your way up Garden Road. You will pass the Bank of China Tower and Citibank Plaza on your left and St John’s Cathedral on your right.

2) By Bus:- Board the Peak Tram shuttle bus No. 15C at the Central(Near Star Ferry Pier 8) Bus Terminus.

Daily : 10:00 am to 11:40 pm(from Man Kwong Street outside Central(Pier 7) )
Daily : 10:15am to 11:55pm(from Garden Road Peak Tram Lower Terminus)
Frequency : 15 to 20 minutes
Fare : HKD4.20

3)By taxi:- to Garden Road Peak Tram Lower Terminus, please show to the driver ”中環花園道山頂纜車總站”
