Bay Watch Restaurant @ Tanjong Sepat
We had our late lunch at Bay Watch Restaurant after we leave Kuan Wellness Ecopark which we found randomly while we drove along the main road.
Located beside the shore at Tanjong Sepat, one can enjoy the breeze and even the sunset when dine in at Bay Watch restaurant.
A no-frills restaurant setting, al-freso dining with great Malacca Straits view!
Although it was past lunch peak hour but there were still 2-3 tables of hungry diners busy tucking in.
Steamed Fish with Choy Bo (RM 39.00)
Crowned with bounteous amount of fried till crunchy choy bo (preserved radish) and placed on pool of soy sauce gravy, the fish was unquestionably fresh and I like how the choy bo complemented the soft flaky flesh.
Salt and Pepper Mantis Prawns (RM 13.00)
The dish was provocative in flavors; chopped spring onions, chili and garlic rendering a bursting of flavor however the batter was a bit too thick for the mantis prawns.
Fried Squid in Salted Egg Yolk (RM 15.00)
The magic ingredient of salted egg yolk make everything tasted impeccable, no?
Verdict: Very affordable seafood lunch with scenic view, I couldn’t ask for more!
