Yen Can Cook: Stuffed Bean Curd Puffs
Ingredients
Bean curd puffs
Minced pork
Seasoning for mince pork
Salt & pepper
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Gravy
Dried scallop & abalone sauce
Oyster sauce
Sugar
Water
Oil for frying

Step 1: Marinate the minced pork with the seasoning for 2-3 hours.
Step 2: Cut bean curd puffs into half .
Step 3: Fill the bean curd puffs with the marinated minced meat .
Step 4: Heat up a pan, put some oil and pan fry the stuffed bean curd as photo above with minced meat side facing down.
Step 5: Pan fry till the meat filling is golden brown then turn them over and cook for another 1 minute.
Step 6 : Add in all ingredients of the gravy except sugar, let the bean curd puffs simmer for 10 minutes then add sugar to taste.
Step 7: Serve with rice.

My mum in law cooks this often, but I eat just the meat, and leave the bean curd to my hubby, haha!
