Eight Treasure Sun Dried Seafood Soup (八珍海味羹)
A satisfying soup, the essence of the ingredients like mushroom, dried scallop and sea cucumber encapsulated in the broth.

Sour & spicy but not being too overwhelming. It did a good job to warm our bellies on a cold, rainy day 🙂

Crunchy marinated seashell and jellyfish accompanied with refreshing pickled vegetables, definitely whet our appetite for next dish 😛

Crunchy, crispy & flavorsome thin battered whitebait fish won our hearts!
Spicy Braised Mutton with Bean Curd Stick

Steamed Spinach Dumplings Filled with Prawn
Both dumplings filled with fresh & bouncy prawns.
Steamed Scallop Siew Mai (带子蒸烧卖)
Wok Fried Beef with Leeks and Ginger
The beef was tender & infused with flavorful marinade & seasoning.
Smoked Duck in Egg Rolls and Preserved Ginger
There is nothing special with the ingredients if eat individually but when they combined it really created a burst! Who will know that smoked duck went so perfectly with the century eggs & the preserved ginger? Thumbs up to the chef! A dish that had all f us nodding away in agreement!
Batter Fried Grouper Fillets with Mango Salsa
Flaky Grouper fillets went really well with the mango salsa, dipped with the Thai style chili sauce for the extra kick!
Wok Fried Fish Fillets with Celery
I love the celery which still remain the crunchiness without being overcooked.
Crispy Boneless Chicken with Coffee Barbeque Sauce
Meaty boneless chicken in one bite size, I only managed to taste the mild coffee flavor behind.
Wok Fried Squid with Black Beans

Another awesome dish with bursting flavor with the duck meat was not tough like I would expected to be 😛

Sticky, sweet & savory but it’s difficult to eat this with my chopsticks & spoon >.< I think I should use my hand next time, hmm….
Steamed Beef Meatballs with Mozzarella Cheese
Was unusually different with the normal beef meatballs, different in a good way that is. Eat this when they are still hot & you will see the melted cheese oozing out once you bite it!
