Yen Can Cook: Easiest Nutella Brownies
I must admit baking always not my forte, my cupcake will either turned out to be too compact or I’ll get a batch of burnt muffins >_< But I know I just have to try my luck again to bake this easiest Nutella Brownies recipe when I did my usual blog hopping. Reason? Simply because I have a huge bottle of Nutella brought back from Singapore by hubby’s friend and I think it will take us forever to finish it.
A non-expert baker like me can successfully whipped out a good batch of brownie with good texture, I think you can too! These brownies only need 3 ingredients and are ready in less 30 minutes from start to finish. Let’s get it started!
Ingredients
300g Nutella hazelnut chocolate spread
2 eggs
120g all purpose flour
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Step 1: Mix all ingredients into a large bowl until the batter is smooth.
Step 2: Grease a baking pan (9 x9 as per suggested in original recipe but I don’t have) and preheat oven to 170Β°C.
Step 3: Pour the batter into baking pan and smooth top with spatula.
Step 4: Bake for about 15 minutes then check the brownies with insert a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Not over-baked the brownies or else it will dry out.
Step 5:Β Let brownies cool and set before cutting and serving.
Apologize for the weird looking shape brownies but the texture was great nonetheless, a bit crumbly on the outer and fudgy in the middle.
Eat with a scoop of ice cream, heavenly!
Happy Baking!
