HAPPY COOKING! #stayhealthy #staysafe

Your Honey Garlic Chicken Wings look so good, macam the one from Kyochon ! I thought your roasted them but instead you used pan frying method. I’d like to try it too.
PH, I never try Kyochon version but thank you for the compliment 🙂
The wings look stickliciously good! ^.^ So you used the marinade (how much…half?) to marinate the wings and after frying, glaze them with some more honey and then pour in the rest of marinade to reduce until thick and sticky? That sounds delicious….but 6 tbsp of honey also sounds too sweet….hehehe! 😉 If I were to reduce the honey, I may lose that lovely sticky glaze…decisions, decisions! 😀
Kris, you’re right, whenever marinade left after you took out the chicken, just pour in to simmer together with the pan fried chicken wings. Extra honey (other than the amount in marinade section) to brush the chicken wings. Of course you may adjust the amount of honey, but I’m okay with it since I’m an “ant woman” who like sweet stuff. LOL
oo simmer wan ah? I thought it was gonna be baked.
KY, yeah, don’t have oven at home also can cook this! But of course, use oven also can. 🙂
