>Nasi Lemak Selera Jaya 223
>I stumbled upon this “Nasi Lemak Panas” from kampungboycitygal & vkeong. After reading the reviews, I can’t wait another day and quickly grab my hubby to bring me there for supper 😛 This place is quite hidden in a industrial area, at least for me as I think without GPS, I won’t able to get there =.=”
There are 2 stalls of nasi lemak – Yati’s & Suri’s.
We chose to sit at stall no. 6 as friendly waiters ushered us to sit. Once we have seated, the waiter placed a few packets of nasi lemak on our table. True to their name.. All of the nasi lemak were indeed “panas”/warm.. I love freshly prepared nasi lemak!!
Pipping hot fluffy coconut milk rice with normal nasi lemak condiments such as fried anchovies, peanut, sambal & half a hard boil egg. I like the sambal which is not too pungent with hints of sweetness.
Extra sambal was given to us too 🙂
Other than nasi lemak, there were otak-otak stacked in a basket at every table too. Again, it is not cold but “panas”/warm..
Taste too sweet for my liking but hubby is OK with it. But why the colour so RED?
Otak-otak grilling in action~~
The staff from Yati’s stall & the milo ice stall were friendly enough to let us snapped photo of them. (Posing happily~~)
I hope all eateries are as friendly as them because I heard that photo taking in some restaurants are prohibited *sigh*

>Of all the mamak newspaper wrapped nasi lemak stalls in PJ , this has the fastest service and the fastest half boiled eggs ( less than 60 seconds ) !
Tho we think the one opposite Wilayah Complex in KL has the best tasty NL & varieties , including the best sups
