>Bak Kut Teh Klang Yap Yong

Bak Kut Teh always rank as one of our favourite breakfast (at least for Msians). The infamous herbal hot soup that automatically warm our hungry stomach will never make us bored of it…..
But how about Bak Kut Teh without soup?
The normal dry version of Bak Kut Teh is always second best to the soup one…
However, this Dry Spicy version of Bak Kut Teh win my vote this time..

It’s my 1st time trying the dry spicy version BKT.
When it was served, I can smell the burnt mixture of meat and chilli. The sweetness of the dark soy sauce and hints of pungent from the dry chili make a nice flavorful tag-team!!!
Oh, this shop added julienned dry cuttlefishes and it contributed the dense flavor to the dark colored pork. I bet all the diners definitely can finish even two whole plate of rice with this~~~ ^.^
