Lucy In The Sky @ Jalan Tun H.S Lee, KL
We were getting some fresh flowers from China Town and stumbled upon the Lucy In The Sky when we strolled around that area like a tourist one fine Sunday afternoon.
Nestled in row of pre-war shophouse in old KL, Lucy In The Sky boasts a rustic yet simplicity interior. One will greeted enthusiastically by staffs behinds the counter once stepped into the cafe. The full blast air-conditioner in the cafe definitely a bless after our walk at Petaling Street.
Exposed bricks walls and bare concrete walls paired with metal tables & contrasting colours chairs. Simply charming on its own way.
Into the second section of the cafe lies an area with more comfy sofa seats and a long communal table to accommodate bigger group of patrons. It has a great easy-going vibe which I don’t mind spending my whole afternoon here sipping my cup of tea with my favourite book.
The alleyway seating receives great illumination of natural light from the roof window, the crawling plants add liveliness to the overall interior design.
Lucy In The Sky’s menu features coffee, tea, beers, breakfast, soups, burgers, sandwiches, pastas, mains, cakes and pastries.
Latte (RM 10.00)
Peppermint Tea (RM 6.00)
Verdict: A comfy yet stylish designed space that I would like to stop by again if I’m at the vicinity.
