Salty Egg bun… (RM 3.60)
Look at the paste that oozes from the soft bun …….It’s heavenly for a egg yolk lover like me!!! What is cholesterol? Hehe…Let’s forget about it 1st…
Xiu Long Pau (RM 6.00)
The skin is a bit thick, not much broth in the filling but I did enjoy the well seasoned minced meat.
Fried Bean Sheet (RM 4.20)
This is new for me too, the transparent “hor fun” look alike noodle is made from green bean & stir fried with bean sprout, green chives, dry shrimps, the taste is similar with fried carrot cake.
Steam Duck Rice (RM 4.80)
Not much ingredients, just a few of duck meat cubes & a salted egg yolk, taste mediocre.
Soy Sauce Dumpling (RM 4.50)
It could be taste better if add in some spicy chili oil & become “红油抄手”, this version taste rather bland….
Char Siew Pau (RM 3.20)
Fluffy pau skin & the condensed flavor of the thick gravy char siew…nothing can beat them to be my favourite dim sum all the while…
Hong Kong Steam Egg (RM 3.80)
Under the thin layer of milk is the silky & smooth steam egg custard.
I can said this is a “more to modern” dim sum restaurant, you can’t get some traditional dim sum like steam spare ribs or chicken feet. Service is not so attentive also, perhaps it’s because lack of manpower.
