>Papa John’s is the latest “quick service restaurant” to hit Malaysian shore, brought in by Berjaya Group. It has over 3,000 restaurants worldwide, originated from USA.
Well, to cut long story short, we were invited to a special preview under “Family Lunch Treat” from Papa John’s as my sister is working with them.
Just a little detour, I have noticed quick a few cafes/eateries with the word “PaPa” in it. Just look at “Papa Kopitiam”, “Papa Rich”, “Papa Chop, Mama Grill”… etc… hmmm…

Breadsticks with Special Garlic & Butter Dipping – RM 3.90
The freshly made breadsticks have quite a chewy texture while the butter/garlic dippings have mild garlic taste.
Baked Meat Balls – RM 10.90
Beef meat balls baked with choices of Bolognaise sauce or Alfredo sauce & topped with melted Mozarella cheese. I might be swayed by Ikea’s Meat Balls, so I thought that these meat balls were not firm enough. However, the Alfredo cheese have quite a dense taste~~
Soups
Cream of Mushroom – RM 4.90
Rich in texture, can taste the chunky mushroom slices but taste quite bland.
Minestrone Soup – RM 4.90
A very appetizing sourish yet healthy vegetables soup π
Pasta & Baked Rice
Chicken Alfredo – RM 12.90
Pasta served with creamy Alfredo sauce with chicken chunks & fresh mushrooms.
Chicken & Mushroom Baked Rice – RM 10.90
Consists of diced tomatoes, fresh mushroom & grilled chicken topped with Mozarella cheese & mushroom sauce.
Pizza
Land & Sea – RM 11.20 (6″)
Shrimps, chicken rolls, green peas, mushrooms & pineapple. Nothing to shout about , slightly better than Pizza Hxx, haha ^.^
A note here, according to my sis, their “thin crust pizza” is good as the crusts are imported from USA, you guys can have a try ~.~ (Only available for 9″ pizza)
Pepperoni – RM 11.20 (6″)
Oh I love the crispy & flavorful pepperoni slices~~~ yummy !!!
Pickled Jalapeno Pepper served with pizza, any explanation to it?
