Pimp Your Beer! ~ Kronenbourg 1664 Citrus Beer
I’m not denying that I enjoy alcohol drinks, but only limited to wines, beers (just one or two types) and apple ciders, which are with low alcohol content (5 to 20% max). So, it’s not considered as an alcoholic, right? LOL
Today’s recipe is something I saw on social medias which I wanna because it is made of one of my favourite beers, Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc. It pays homage to the citrus beer aka Radler and Shandy with local twist by adding Asam Boi. Infused with refreshing citrusy flavour and mild salty sour end note, which made the brew a great thirst-quencher and easier to the palate.
Ingredients (Serve: 1)
1 can Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc (320ml), chilled
1/2 lime juice
2 slices lemon
2 Asam Boi
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Step 1: Add lime juice, Asam Boi, lemon slices in a glass and pour in the beer.
Step 2: Have a good stir and serve!
First time heard of beer put asam boi, lime juice and lemon. I am sure it is good and addictive. But I cannot tahan alcohol. One can and I will be very sleepy 🙁
PH, now I need higher alcohol content to make me sleepy LOL
Wah, you’re quite the #stayhome bartender, aren’t you? Hihihi! ;D I don’t drink much either but with my favourite things like asam boi, lime & lemon, it sounds more refreshing than alcoholic! 😉
Kris, not really bartender lah, but sort of like to experiment with new recipes 😛 I’m going to make another cocktail with Soju, stay tune! ^__^
