>Restoran Damansara Hokkien Mee
>When it’s supper time, Hokkien Mee (not Penang Hokkien Mee hor) always come to our (me+hubby) mind rather than mamak stall. Both of us like this heavenly black thick noodle (dai lok mien) with pork!! π
We have a few favourite spot to satisfy our cravings for Hokkien Mee. One of it is Damansara Hokkien Mee..

Damansara Hokkien Mee – Kota Damansara branch

I love my Hokkien Mee with lots of lard as per the photo above!!! It definitely fulfilled my requirement but it’s still not the best I’ve tried before ^.^

Pork Soup
The pepper-ly pork soup come with lots of cabbages but the pork tasted different with the “ba gao” soup that I had before.

These pork slices were coated with flour and deep fried instead of just coated with corn flour & cooked with the soup like what I normally had. However, I still like the the latter (coated with corn flour) as the pork has smooth starchy texture~~

BBQ chicken wings ordered from a Malay stall in front of the restaurant. We found out that the chicken wings tasted just like satay, maybe they just marinated the wings together with their satay (they sell satay too) =.=”
Verdict: Food tasted jolly good but the environment is a bit dark. You will notice that the “al fresco” dining is not really hygienic as it is placed on vacant car park lots (in front of the restaurant) & we spotted some cockroaches having fun while we dine.
