~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Step 1: Marinate the shrimps with marinade for 20 minutes, set aside.
Step 2: Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions, drain and set aside.
Step 3: Heat the oil in a large frying pan (I’m using Chefology pan :P), toss in the minced garlic and cook over a fairly gentle heat for about 30 seconds without letting the garlic brown. Tip in the shrimps and cook over a high heat, stirring frequently, for about 3 minutes until they half cooked.
Note: For a spicier note, add in fresh chili when stir frying the garlic.
Step 4: Add in cherry tomatoes and continue to stir occasionally, until they just start to soften. Toss in the pasta and pour in a ladle of pasta water. (Step 2) Season with McCormick sea Salt Grinder, McCormick sea Salt Grinder and McCormick Chili Flakes.
Step 5: Serve and sprinkle with parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
HAPPY COOKING!
