HAPPY COOKING! #stayhealthy #staysafe

Although I love the crispiness of the fried chicken pieces and the tangy flavours of lemon, I try not to order this coz I know (at the back of my mind) it needs quite a bit of sugar to balance out the sourness of the lemon. Yours look delicious and I know my son would enjoy this since it’s boneless…lol! 😀
Kris, yes, the sugar amount really shocked me, perhaps I can reduce the rice vinegar to make it less acidic.
This is one of my favorite dishes at Chinese restaurant. However, some of them use artificial lemon flavor and it really spoils the taste. I know yours is delicious because you use lemon juice. I never attempted this dish because I am too lazy LOL!
PH, it’s a really successful attempt and I made it again the week after this initial attempt.
Macam restaurant quality!
KY, better than restaurant as I use natural ingredient (the lemon) for the sauce, haha!
