I love to cook stir-fry veggies at home too but have never included cherry tomatoes in them (I have to say your dish looks way more colourful with them included). I love the crunchy taste of sugar snap peas. Aiks, your super healthy stir-fry just got downgraded with the use of pork belly….hah…hah! ;D

Your dish is so colorful and is a complete protein and vege dish that goes very nicely with rice. My mum used to cook this type of meat and veggie stir fries when me and my brothers were growing up. It’s a very practical dish. I should do it too hee..hee..
