Seafood Buffet Dinner: 10 Crabs Flavours at Chatz Brasserie, Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur

Calling all seafood lovers, in particular crab lovers! Get ready for Chatz Brasserie’s latest buffet dinner starting 1s to 31st August 2014 where the fresh crabs take centre stage at the Weekend Seafood Buffet Dinner available on Friday and Saturday!


With only RM 85.00 nett per adult, one will get to enjoy the delectable spread of local & international seafood delicacies such as a variety of grilled fish, prawns, cockles, oysters and also an array of crab-laden dishes.

From the Seafood on Ice counter, choices available are Mud Crab, Blue Ocean Crab and Sri Lankan Crab. Moving on to the Japanese selection, enjoy Soba or Udon with crabmeat, maguro and seaweed.  Assorted creative salad such as Caribbean Crab Salad, Crabmeat and Mango Salad also available. The Noodle station will feature Tomyam Crab Noodles Soup and Prawn and Crabmeat Noodles.

Fresh seafood are best steamed for the best original taste, there is no exception for crabs too! Simply laced with some julienned gingers, Chinese Shao Xin Wine and steamed on bed of egg white, savor the natural sweetness from the crustaceans!

Kam Heong Crab

Redolent with spices, the crab well coated with flavorful Kam Heong sauce which I can’t resist to lick the shell and my fingers clean 😛

Butter Meat Crab

Another licking-and-sucking-worthy definitely the butter meat crab! Coated with luscious and rich butter sauce which really complemented the sweet crab meat however the butter sauce was slightly insufficient during my visit, more sauce please 😛

Another crowd-pleaser of chili crab drenched in glorious hot and spicy sauce which just compelled you to mop in up with the mantao!
