It was indeed a fun cooking workshop session as Chef Collin not only have a good sense of humour but also an affable person that shared a lot of useful tips for cooking with us.

That was also a cook off session where we are teamed into a group of three and prepared the dishes of Cheesy Black Pepper Chicken Salad and Basil Crepes with Caramelized Banana. My team mates that day were Aunty Lilly and Kelly.

OMG, so serious my face >_<

Here’s our creations that day, although we didn’t win the competition but we’ve tried our best to prepare the food with surprising and creativity elements. It was a fun experience to work with these two ladies.

First of all, I’m all for Chefology…in fact, that was the pan I used in my recent One Pan Breakfast. I tried it for the first time after getting it at a very good promo price…and loved it. Now I’d love to get another one…or a ‘free one’ like you? Kikiki! π
Second of all, I cook with McCormick spices all the time…how I wish I can get each and every spice…haha…but they’re too expensive to stock and I end up not being able to use them up before expiry! π I didn’t know that there’s a black peppercorn grinder version…must look out for that instead of just buying the black peppercorns.
Kris, the Chefology pan I used during the workshop really make me fall in love with it, although I already have similar non-stick pans at home π There is always ‘not enough pan’ situation for aunty like me, haha!
I’m using McCormick the black pepper grinder all these while and definitely love it for its air-tight feature which keep the spice fresh.
I heard from the representative of Chefology that there will be a contest which will be held at Aeon supermarket, try to look out for that and maybe you can win some pan or pot home! Good Luck!
I don’t know about those pans but I do use their herbs and spices. I have quite a selection at home.
Merryn, I have a few at home too π
OMG how can you not win?! All the professionals are in your team wor!
Ken, OMG why I cannot lose, there is always mountain higher out there mah >_<
