Themed in classic and soothing neutral tone, the spacious dining area at Terazza Brasserie was brilliantly sectioned into a few areas.
The highlight of buffet was the holiday season’s favorite, the golden Roasted Turkey d, chestnut stuffing, served with Giblet Gravy and Cranberry Sauce. The bird was nicely roasted accompanied with assorted grilled vegetables as well, for a more wholesome experience.
Not into turkey? Sink your teeth into soft tender poaches whole Salmon, Char Grilled Teriyaki Beef Striploin, Prawn Soya Honey, Roasted Herbs Crusted Lamb Rack, Grilled Wrapped Seaweed Salmon, Lamb Varuval, Oven Roasted Chicken Roulade and many more dishes on the hot warmers.
Seafood On Ice and Japanese cuisine are always a crowd pleaser, so the holiday buffet will also include a selection of Japanese sushi as well as tempting treats of fresh oysters, crabs, prawns, mussels and scallops.
Assorted cold cut, appetizers, salad and cheeses with condiments.
Various of bread to go with the soups, we had seafood bisque and Chinese double boiled soup that day.

The year-end gorging has not begun but I already feel full looking at all the photos online of the same old, same old food….hehehe! ;D Something different I spotted is the grilled wrapped seaweed salmon that I’d probably enjoy.
