Keong Kee Fried Nian Gao
Read about review of this stall at KY Speaks, the photo of nian gao (Chinese rice cake) oozing out make me drooling over my monitor, oh boy, that’s very enticing indeed!
This little humble stall was located at a kopitiam near the famous Soo Kee Beef Noodle at Jalan Imbi.
Fried Nian Gao (RM 1.50 / pcs)
Thinly battered, crispy on the outer and the nian gao was sandwiched between a piece of yam and sweet potato. No sight of oozing out gooey nian gao but it’s delectable enough to make me never stop craving for it.
Fried Banana (RM 0.70 / pcs)
The fried banana was equally mouth-watering too, awesomely crispy skin + the soft and sweet banana. The incredible combination as tea time snack!
