Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson – Roselle Coffee House, Lighthouse Bar & Wave Dining

Food is an essential part of life. If you are foodie like me, it sure taste exceptionally awesome if you combine it with memorable vacation.

While my vacation at Lexis Hibiscus exceeded my expectation, it was brought up to new height by immersing myself in delicious foodie indulgence throughout my stay.

Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson offers guests an array of dining options which interspersed throughout the resort. Following up on our stay at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson, here are some delicious treats that one can enjoy at the hotel.

Roselle Coffee House

Located at ground floor of Tower Block (main building), Roselle Coffee House is a all-day dining restaurant featuring breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets as well as some ala carte menu. Set in a warm and cozy ambiance with air-condition dining area as well as an outdoor terrace, diners are treated to a feast of local and international cuisines that changes every day.

These are some food we had from the lunch buffet as well as the ala carte menu on the first day of arrival. The choices of the buffet might be a bit limited but definitely not a bad choice if you don’t want to drive out for food.

Lighthouse Bar

Perched atop the highest floor (3rd floor) of Lighthouse Club, Lighthouse Bar offers a selection of cigars, wines, liquors and cocktails to the guests.

Featuring a bar counter at the middle and comfy couches surrounding the ceiling-to-floor glass windows at side in hemisphere shape. One can gain a wonderful view of the water villas while enjoying their drinks.

For guests staying at Panorama Pool Villa and suites, complimentary evening cocktails is provided started from 5.00pm to 7.00pm.

Light bites, canapes, assorted beautifully crafted cakes and pastries in the buffet spread.

We opted to chill out by the veranda, enjoyed our drinks and chit chat while waiting for the sunset. Stretches of villas on the sea coupled with mesmerizing view of sunset is guaranteed to please.

Wave Dining

Located at the 2nd floor of Lighthouse Club, Wave Dining features modern western cuisine for dinner started from 7.00pm and brunch menu started from 9.00am. Echoing the design of the Lighthouse Bar, the whole restaurant is surrounded by huge glass panels which receives great illumination of natural light during daytime. The simplicity of the restaurant with the bright colors furniture are easy on the eye and evokes joyous sensation while dining there.

We woke up after a good night’s sleep and headed to Wave Dining for brunch the next morning. The brunch menu is pretty simple with only 4 options of main, served along with assorted breads and pastries as well as choices of cold-pressed juices, freshly brewed coffee or tea.

Homemade yogurt, overnight oats with chia seeds and coconut milk, sago & pandan panna cotta.

Kid set

The American Breakfast

Grilled herb sausage, cherry tomatoes with balsamic vinegar and truffle scrambled egg.

The Comfy

Spinach, chicken ham & cheese croquet monsieur, chicken chorizo, ratatouille and sunny-side-up.

Hibiscus Walk

Located right beside the Tower Block (main building), overlooking the beach area,  Hibiscus Walk houses rows of stalls offering variety of local and western delights including Roti Canai, Char Koay Teow, Nasi Lemak, burgers, pasta, assorted beverages and desserts. Patrons need to buy coupons from the coupon counter in Hibiscus Walk.
