Rebellions Coffee Bar @ Kota Damansara
We were loitering around Kota Damansara to find a place to get our breakfast fix before my hair treatment appointment at that vicinity. There a numerous of cafe and eateries at that area and we finally settled ourselves at Rebellions Coffee Bar.

Spacious, the first impression once I stepped into the cafe. The place is rustic yet modern that exudes plenty of characters, with a brick wall, cement floor and mixtures of wooden and metal furniture. The high communal table in the middle brilliantly sectioned the place into two areas. It is a feel-good cafe that aglow with ample of natural sunshine, as well as light bulbs hanging down from the ceiling.
Oh ya, the tricky door… I had hard time to figure out how to open the door until the hubby came & rescue >_<

Long Black
I heard that the barista here won a few latte art competitions but we had the plain long black that day without latte art, next round perhaps. Their signature cold brewed coffee comes in distinctively designed bottle which resembled a mini whisky bottle also a can’t miss here, I’ll make sure order that for my next visit as I like to collect beautiful glass bottles 🙂

Rebel’s Breakfast Platter (RM 25.00)
Egg of your choice (scrambled, sunny-side-up) pork bacon, foot long sausage, sauteed cheery tomatoes & mushroom, toasted poppy seed bread

A pretty good portion for that price, everything executed nicely and I especially like the well cooked bacon as well as the foot long sausage with good biting texture.

Bacon Chili Pasta (RM 19.00)

Yes, bacon again, we love bacon! LOL Linguine tossed in herbs infused olive oil, paired with sauteed bacon, chili, onion and black pepper. Albeit slightly oily, the pasta was good in flavors and the ingredients given was adequately generous too.
Verdict: Not sure about now but this place was quite vacant during our visit. Food was above average and I don’t mind a revisit for laid-back and soothing moment.
